Cost Estimation n, Execution, Planning, scheduling, quality control, material reconciliation.Along with Delay Analysis of large scale of Industrial projects. 2.Experienced in handling day-to-day Project Planning activities in coordination with Internal and external team members. 3.Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time . 4.Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations. 5.Using a range of computer packages for developing detailed designs. 6.Verification of measurements of the contractors & certification of interim bills 7.Liaising with a variety of professionals including subcontractors, Govt Agencies etc. 8.Compiling job specification and supervising tendering procedures. 9.Managing budgets and project resources. 10.Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery 11.Preparation of paper work such as Daily Progress Reports, Weekly Progress Reports, Monthly Reports and maintenance of other records. 12.Estimation of various Quantities & Billing. 13.Site Execution work.
