Profile – Vice President- Accounts

Experience – Min. 18 + years,lead the organization’s accounting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. The role involves strategic oversight of accounting operations, statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls while supporting business growth and governance.
Location – Raipur (CG)
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and cost accounting
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with statutory and accounting standards
Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and liaison with auditors
Ensure full compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, Companies Act, and other applicable laws
Manage finalization of accounts and coordination with consultants and regulatory authorities
Establish and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting
Provide strategic financial inputs to management for decision-making
Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts and finance team
Coordinate with banks, statutory bodies, and external stakeholders as required
