    Profile – Vice President – Statutory Compliance
    Qualification – CA, CS
    Salary – Upto 40 Lac CTC
    Experience – Min. 18 + years, To lead and ensure end-to-end statutory, regulatory, and legal compliance across the organization, ensuring adherence to all central and state laws applicable to operations, employees, environment, and governance, while mitigating compliance risks.
    Location – Raipur (CG)

    Job Responsibilities

    Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
    Oversee compliance with all applicable Central & State laws including:
    Companies Act, SEBI (if applicable)
    Labour Laws (Factories Act, Contract Labour, EPF, ESIC, Industrial Disputes)
    Taxation laws (GST, Income Tax, TDS)
    Environmental, Mining, Factory & Safety Regulations
    Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, licenses, permits, and renewals.

    Governance & Risk Management
    Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks and SOPs.
    Identify statutory risks and implement corrective & preventive measures.
    Lead internal and external compliance audits and inspections.

    Liaison & Representation
    Act as the key liaison with Government Authorities, Regulators, Inspectors, and Auditors.
    Handle inspections, notices, show-cause replies, and litigation coordination.
    Represent the organization before statutory bodies, tribunals, and authorities.

    Policy & Documentation
    Draft, review, and update company policies aligned with statutory requirements.
    Maintain compliance MIS, dashboards, and board-level reporting.
    Ensure proper documentation and statutory record maintenance.

    Leadership & Advisory
    Lead and mentor compliance, legal, and HR compliance teams.
    Provide strategic advisory to management on statutory implications of business decisions.
    Support expansions, new projects, acquisitions, and restructuring from a compliance standpoint.
