Experience – Min. 18 + years, responsible for leading the overall financial strategy, planning, and governance of the organization within the metal & mining sector. The role focuses on fund management, banking relationships, project finance, cost control, statutory compliance, and supporting business growth through strong financial leadership.
Location – Raipur (CG)
Job Responsibilities
Lead overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS for mining and metal operations
Manage fund arrangements, working capital, term loans, project finance, and banking relationships
Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, and lenders for sanctions, renewals, and limits enhancement.
Handle ABDs / BGs / LCs, cash credit, and other banking instruments
Oversee treasury management, cash flow optimization, and forex exposure (if applicable)
Ensure strict cost control and profitability improvement across mining and processing operations
Monitor CAPEX and OPEX for mines, plants, and expansion projects
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, Mining-related regulations)
Lead internal controls, audits, risk management, and financial governance
Support management in strategic decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and investments
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and legal advisors
Mentor and lead the finance, accounts, and commercial teams.
