Profile – Tender Manager (Solar Projects)
Qualification – B.Tech/MBA from a reputed institute
Salary – Up to ₹8 LPA CTC
Experience – Minimum 2–5 years in handling tenders and bids for Solar EPC projects
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and submit project tenders in line with Solar EPC requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams for bid preparation.
Analyze tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Manage vendor and client communications for tender clarifications.
Maintain updated records of RFQs, proposals, and tender submissions.
Ensure compliance with all bid-related documentation and timelines.
Skills
Strong understanding of solar EPC project processes and commercial structures.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Sound negotiation and analytical abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
