Profile – Site In-Charge (Electrical Projects)
Qualification – B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Salary – Based on experience + Accommodation + Food + TA
Experience – Minimum 5–10+ years in the Oil & Gas industry (project-based experience must)
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall site execution for electrical and instrumentation works.
Manage manpower, contractors, and resources for timely project completion.
Ensure HSE compliance and adherence to project quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients for progress updates.
Prepare site progress reports, material requisitions, and work permits.
Skills
Excellent leadership and site management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas project systems and standards.
Strong technical and organizational skills.
Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
