Profile – Project Procurement Engineer
Qualification – B.Tech / Diploma- EE, EEE
Salary – Upto 5 Lac CTC + Other Facilities- Depends on Project Location
Experience- 2+ yrs electrical components, equipment, and materials for commercial SITC projects, Maintain and develop relationships with local electrical equipment suppliers, Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, Coordinate logistics for transportation and delivery of electrical equipment, Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors and OE suppliers, Source and evaluate suppliers for electrical items including cables, switchgear, lighting fixtures, control panels, and other electrical components
Location – Bangalore
Interview- First Telephonic, Second F2F in Bangalore Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of electrical components, equipment, and materials for
commercial SITC projects
Coordinate with project teams to understand material requirements and delivery
timelines
Source and evaluate suppliers for electrical items including cables, switchgear, lighting
fixtures, control panels, and other electrical components
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors and OE suppliers
Maintain and develop relationships with local electrical equipment suppliers and
distributors in Bangalore
Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites while maintaining quality standards
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams
Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve supply chain issues
Maintain accurate records in MS Excel and procurement systems
Coordinate logistics for transportation and delivery of electrical equipment to multiple
project sites
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
