Profile – Production Planning Engineer
Qualification – B.E./B.Tech in Plastic / Polymer / Mechanical Engineering
Salary – Upto 5000 AED CTC + Accommodation
Experience- 2+ years, Manage and improve plastic product design, material selection, and manufacturing processes. The role involves ensuring high-quality production, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Location – Ajman, U.A.E
Candidate Industry- PVC Manufacturing / Plastic Pipe Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
Oversee PVC processing operations – extrusion, injection molding, calendaring, compounding.
Develop and optimize formulations for rigid & flexible PVC.
Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, screw speed, cooling, etc.).
Troubleshoot production issues like surface defects, dimensional variation, brittleness, flow problems.
Coordinate with tooling & maintenance teams for die/mold performance improvement.
Implement quality standards and ensure compliance with ISO/ASTM specifications.
Reduce rejection, scrap & downtime through continuous improvement.
Support new product development and trials.
Train operators and supervisors on best practices & safety.
Ensure compliance with EHS norms in plant operations.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of polymer science and plastic processing techniques
Experience with mold design and tooling coordination
Understanding of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
Knowledge of ISO, GMP, and quality systems
Good communication and teamwork skills
