Profile – Accountant
Qualification – B.Com, M.Com, MBA
*Experience – 4+ yrs as a senior accountant with strong knowledge of SAP and Navigation System
Location – Jaipur (Raj.)
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, voucher preparation, and ledger posting.
Handle accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, and vendor payments.
Prepare invoices, bills, challans, and maintain supporting documents.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Support in audits (internal & statutory) by providing required documentation.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments regarding accounts-related queries.
Monitor petty cash transactions and maintain expense records.
Assist senior management in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
