We are looking for a skilled NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Inspector to ensure the quality and integrity of steel products by performing various inspection techniques without causing damage. The candidate will be responsible for identifying defects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining safety and quality benchmarks.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Perform NDT techniques such as:
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Radiographic Testing (RT)
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
Dye Penetrant Testing (PT)
Inspect raw materials, welds, and finished steel products.
Identify surface and subsurface defects.
Interpret test results and prepare detailed inspection reports.
Ensure compliance with industry standards like ASME, ASTM, ISO.
Maintain proper documentation of inspections and test results.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve defects.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols during inspections.
