Experience – Minimum 2+ years, Experience in manufacturing / engineering industry. Knowledge of order tracking and client handling.
Job Location – Jaipur (Raj)
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and maintain customer database in CRM system
● Handle client communication (calls, emails, follow-ups)
● Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams
● Track orders and ensure timely updates to customers
● Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
● Prepare MIS reports and data analysis
● Support sales team in lead management and conversion
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong knowledge of CRM software & MS Excel / Google Sheets
● Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
● Strong follow-up and coordination skills
● Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
