Qualification – M.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical + MBA

Salary – Upto 35 Lac CTC

Experience – 10+ yrs in any Reputed Manufacturing Industry as an Operation Manager or Head.

Responsibilities

The Operations Head is responsible for overseeing the end to end execution of the Sales Order
involving directing purchase, processing, quality, and logistics operations of the business. This
includes managing and coordinating the activities of the various Operation’s Teams (purchase,
production, quality, stores, and logistics), and ensuring that the business is able to meet its
delivery targets.

The Operations Head is responsible for :

 Communicating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure
that the business’s operations are aligned with the overall strategy and goals of the
business.
 Developing and implementing operational strategies and plans, in order to meet the
business’s goals and objectives.
 Analysing and forecasting demand and supply to plan operations to ensure alignment
with the overall strategy and goals of the business.
 Monitoring and analysing the performance of the business’s operations, and identifying
opportunities for improvement.
 Managing Operation’s teams, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support.
 Coordinating the activities of the Operational teams, and ensuring that all processes are
aligned and working towards the same goals.
