Job Description –
1) Production engineers work on designing and optimizing production processes to ensure cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and quality. They analyze the production workflow and identify opportunities for improvement, which may involve introducing new technologies or modifying existing ones.
2) Ensuring the quality of the steel produced is a significant responsibility of production engineers. They implement quality control measures to monitor and inspect the product at different stages of production, guaranteeing that it meets the required specifications and standards.
3) In larger steel manufacturing facilities, production engineers may take on project management roles for new production lines, process upgrades, or expansion projects.
