Job Description
Prepare Income Statement (P&L), Balance Sheet & Cash Flow for Plant
Prepare monthly financials & operational reports
Prepare monthly & annual budgets of his business
Prepare monthly cost sheet of each SFG & SKU’s
Conduct Variance Analysis with reason
Monitor & Implement Plant Internal Control practices (In consecution with corporate policies) as necessary to ensure reporting integrity, safeguard company assets and identify risks.
Provide proactive/unsolicited consultation, interpretation & education in complex financial & operational matters to various departmental leaders.
Experience in handling multiple concurrent tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries from the business.
Ability to read analyze and interpret ate financial reports & legal docs.
Well conversant in SAP environment
Understand & ensure local statutory requirements like GST TDS, Manpower Laws, Pollution Control, State Incentives & Tax Policies etc.
Demonstrate strong & pragmatic business acumen.
