Job Description
1. Strategic Leadership:
– Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for
the construction equipment and concrete machinery division, aligning with the
company’s overall objectives.
– Drive innovation and growth by identifying market trends, customer needs,
and technological advancements to enhance our product offerings and
maintain a competitive edge.
2. Operational Excellence:
– Streamline and optimize all operational processes, from Sales CRM, spare
parts rationalization, swift and prompt service having excellent understanding
of all service KPI’s such as MTTR, RFT etc , and ensuring efficiency, cost-
effectiveness, and timely delivery of products and services.
– Implement best practices and quality control measures to ensure the highest
standards in product performance and customer satisfaction.
3. Team Management:
– Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team including engineering,
supply chain, sales, and customer support professionals.
– Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, promoting open
communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
– Build a healthy team with a positive and growth mindset approach
4. Product Development and Innovation:
– Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement,
enhancement, and expansion of our construction equipment and concrete
machinery portfolio.
– Stay abreast with technological advancements and incoprorate yhe same in
day to day working
5. Market Expansion and Sales Growth:
– Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute
strategies for expanding market share, identifying new growth opportunities,
and establishing strong customer relationships.
– Leverage industry connections and networks to forge partnerships and
collaborations that drive business development and revenue growth.
6. Financial Management:
– Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management for the
division, ensuring profitability, financial sustainability, and resource allocation
alignment with strategic goals.
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal
requirements, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and
customers.
– Mitigate operational risks by implementing effective risk management
strategies and contingency plans.
