Job Description
Sales of products (building construction material) involves dealing with Builders / Contractors
/Architects and to develop a network of Channels of Dealers / Distributors for selling of AAC
Blocks, Block Jointing Mortar, Tiles Adhesives, Wall Putty, etc.
Candidate having strong network of builders / contractors / architects and major exposure in
project sales.
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with
the company’s goals and market trends.
– Set ambitious sales targets and objectives for the sales team.
2. Team Leadership:
– Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance,
training, and support to maximize their potential.
– Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the
team.
3. Market Expansion:
– Identify New Market Opportunities, target segments, and geographic
areas for business expansion.
– Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and
acquire new clients.
4. Client Relationship Management:
– Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding
their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
– Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and
professional manner.
5. Sales Process Management:
– Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal
closure, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
– Monitor and track sales activities, pipeline, and progress toward
targets.
