Job Description –
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and critical path analysis.
Create work breakdown structures (WBS) to define project tasks and their dependencies.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project objectives and scope.
Determine the necessary resources, such as labor, equipment, and materials, for each project phase.
Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements while minimizing costs.
Prepare cost estimates for all project components, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints
Develop and maintain project schedules using software tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Monitor progress and identify delays or deviations from the planned schedule.
Recommend corrective actions to keep the project on track
Identify potential risks and uncertainties that could impact project schedules and budgets.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these challenges.
Maintain detailed records of project data, including costs, schedules, and resource allocations.
Prepare regular reports for project stakeholders, including management, clients, and contractors.
Provide analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
Evaluate and assess the impact of change orders or variations to the project scope.
Update project plans, budgets, and schedules to accommodate approved changes
Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with relevant quality standards and specifications.
Implement quality control procedures to prevent rework and defects.
