    Prepare detailed cost estimates for various project components, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs. They use historical data, industry benchmarks, and their expertise to provide accurate cost projections.
    Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to create project budgets. These budgets serve as a financial roadmap for the project, helping to ensure that costs are controlled and the project remains within budget.
    Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents. This includes creating detailed bills of quantities (BoQ), reviewing subcontractor bids, and helping to select the most cost-effective options.
