Job Description
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, taking into account materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
Analyze and evaluate tenders or proposals from contractors.
Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide cost advice to project stakeholders and assist in financial decision-making.
Administer construction contracts, including preparing contract documents and variations.
Assess and certify payments to contractors based on the work completed.
