Job Description
Primary Job Scope:
· Maintain and grow sales from existing customers.
· Develop new customers.
· Develop new market territories.
· Inquiry and quotation handling.
· Customer Purchase order handling.
· Attend and resolve customer complaints timely.
· Routine visits to existing customers and prospects.
· Create new leads.
· Run marketing campaigns designed by the marketing department and sales managers.
· Strategize and revive lost customers.
· Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the sales manager.
