    Job Description

    Production Planning and Scheduling:

    Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
    Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales, engineering) to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
    Monitor production processes to ensure they align with the established schedule.
    Process Management:

    Oversee the entire production process, ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards and procedures.
    Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste.
    Quality Control:

    Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
    Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at various stages of production.
    Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any quality issues or defects.
    Team Management:

    Supervise and manage production staff, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
    Foster a safe and productive work environment by enforcing company policies and safety regulations.
    Encourage teamwork and communication among production staff.
    Inventory Management:

    Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products.
    Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and receipt of materials.
    Implement inventory control systems to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
    Maintenance and Equipment Management:

    Ensure that all production equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition.
    Schedule regular maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime.

    Tank and Vessel Manufacturing

    Oversee the welding, assembly, and finishing processes specific to tank and vessel production.
    Ensure compliance with pressure vessel codes and standards (e.g., ASME).
    Coordinate with design and engineering teams to address any fabrication issues.

    Oven and Chamber Manufacturing

    Manage the assembly and testing of heating elements, insulation, and control systems.
    Ensure the thermal performance and safety of ovens and chambers.
    Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new products or improve existing designs.
