Profile – Production Engineer
Qualification – B.Tech – mech.
Salary – Upto 4.2 lac
Experience – Min. 5 + yrs . in foundry industry (must manage monthly production in CI and SG, quality recheck, manage Foundry lab)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Planning and Scheduling: Develop production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Workflow Optimization: Analyze and optimize the foundry’s workflow to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Monitoring and Control: Oversee the daily operations to ensure processes run smoothly and meet quality standards.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the castings meet specifications.
Inspection and Testing: Supervise the inspection and testing of castings to identify defects and ensure compliance with standards.
Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement practices like Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing to enhance quality and efficiency.
Process Development: Design and develop new processes or improve existing ones for better efficiency and quality.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during the production process.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that production equipment is properly maintained and operated to prevent breakdowns and prolong their lifespan.
