This role involves managing core HR functions, aligning HR strategy with business objectives, and supporting a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Lead end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
    * Partner with leadership to understand business goals and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
    * Design and implement policies, procedures, and programs to enhance the employee experience.
    * Drive recruitment strategies to attract top tech and service talent; manage onboarding and retention initiatives.
    * Manage performance review cycles, learning & development programs, and succession planning.
    * Resolve complex employee relations issues and provide coaching to managers and employees.
    * Monitor and ensure HR compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    * Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
    * Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts across the organization.

    Required Skills
    * Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and HR systems (HRIS).
    * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
    * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    * Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
