Experience- Min. 4+ yrs in Sheetmetal industry in QC department.

Job Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes (cutting, bending, welding, stamping, fabrication, assembly).
Hands-on experience with quality tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA).
Proficiency in using measuring instruments and gauges.
Good understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Problem-solving and analytical skills with knowledge of Root Cause Analysis tools (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D).
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality management systems.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc., if applicable).
