Profile – Electromechanical Incharge
Qualification -Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
Experience -5–8 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance or supervision (preferably in manufacturing, utilities, or industrial projects).
Salary- Upto 5 Lac CTC + Food
Location – Merta City (Raj.)
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of electromechanical technicians and maintenance staff.
Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems, including motors, pumps, compressors, HVAC, control panels, and automation systems.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring quick resolution to avoid production delays.
Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and vendors for new equipment installation or upgrades.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and service reports.
Provide technical training, guidance, and performance monitoring of maintenance staff.
Support in energy optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
