Profile – Finance Head
Qualification – CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Experience – Min 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership.Strong knowledge of compliance, taxation, EPR, corporate finance, and fundraising.Hands-on experience with MIS systems and investor reporting.

Job Summary:
The Finance Head will oversee the financial strategy, compliance, and governance of the company. This role involves managing financial planning, audits, compliance (including EPR and statutory), cash flow, investor relations, and MIS reporting. The Finance Head will play a critical role in supporting business expansion, fundraising, and ensuring transparency and accountability in all financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement financial strategies to align with business growth objectives.
Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
Monitor company performance, profitability, and risk exposure.
2. Accounting, Compliance & EPR
Ensure full compliance with Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
Involve in Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance, reporting, and coordination with relevant authorities.
Regularly review and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and risk frameworks.
3. MIS & Reporting
Develop, implement, and maintain robust MIS systems for timely reporting to management and investors.
Prepare dashboards and financial analysis to support decision-making.
Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to management and the board.
4. Cash Flow, Working Capital & Fundraising
Manage liquidity, banking relationships, and working capital efficiency.
Ensure effective receivables and payables management.
Assist in raising additional funds through banks, NBFCs, and investors, including preparing business cases, financial models, and documentation.
5. Investor & Stakeholder Relations
Address investor-related queries and ensure transparency in communication.
Support due diligence, valuations, and negotiations for fundraising or partnerships.
Liaise with auditors, bankers, regulators, and certification bodies.
6. Leadership & Governance
Mentor and lead the finance, accounts, and compliance teams.
Promote a culture of cost efficiency, accountability, and financial discipline.
Support management in strategic initiatives, M&A, and growth planning.

Proven ability to raise funds, manage audits, and handle investor/stakeholder relations.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
High ethical standards and ability to work with promoters/board members.
