Profile – Plant HR Executive (Male)
Qualification – B.com, MBA
Salary – Upto 25000 /- In-hand+ EPF + ESIC + Accommodation Free
Experience- 1+ yrs in HR department in any manufacturing plant
Location – Sangareddy (Telangana)
Key Responsibilities
Manpower & Operations
Handling plant manpower (permanent, contractual & outsourced employees)
Coordination with manpower contractors and labor suppliers
Attendance management, shift coordination, and overtime records
Supporting recruitment and onboarding at plant level
Payroll & Compliance
Collection and verification of attendance and wage data
Coordination with HO for payroll processing
Ensuring statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, PT, LWF
Maintaining statutory registers and records
Industrial Relations & Discipline
Handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues
Supporting IR matters and maintaining harmonious industrial relations
Assisting in inspections by labor authorities
Implementation of HR policies and standing orders
Plant HR Administration
Maintaining employee records and personal files
Issuance of ID cards, gate passes, and employment letters
Coordination for canteen, transport, security, and housekeeping
Supporting audits and internal HR reviews
