Experience- Fresher to 1 yrs in production department.
Location – Sangareddy (Telangana)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Perform mechanical and metallurgical tests such as tensile test, hardness test, impact test, and microstructure analysis.
Prepare samples for testing including cutting, polishing, mounting, and etching.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment like Spectrometer, UTM, Hardness Tester, Microscope, etc.
Record, analyze, and report test results accurately as per standard formats.
Assist in quality control and assurance activities as per plant requirements.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines inside the laboratory.
