    Profile – HR Officer (Male)
    Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field..
    Salary – Upto 4 Lac CTC
    Experience- Min. 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in project environment.
    Location – Jaipur (Raj.)

    Key Responsibilities

    Manpower & Recruitment
    Coordinate site-level recruitment for staff, engineers, supervisors, and blue-collar workforce
    Liaise with manpower consultants, contractors, and vendors
    Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of manpower as per project requirement

    Onboarding & Documentation
    Handle joining formalities, documentation, ID cards, and induction
    Maintain employee records, personal files, and contractor manpower data

    Attendance & Payroll Support
    Monitor daily attendance, overtime, leave records, and shift schedules
    Prepare and submit monthly attendance and payroll inputs to HO
    Verify contractor bills related to manpower

    Statutory & Compliance
    Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, CLRA, minimum wages, bonus, etc.)
    Maintain statutory registers and coordinate inspections/audits
    Support safety, health, and welfare initiatives at site

    Employee Relations & Discipline
    Address employee grievances and maintain discipline at site
    Implement company HR policies and code of conduct
    Support performance reviews and contract renewals

    Administration & Coordination
    Coordinate accommodation, transport, canteen, and site facilities
    Assist in MIS reports related to manpower, attrition, and compliance
    Act as a liaison between site team, contractors, and HO HR
