    Vendor Identification and Evaluation: Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. This includes assessing quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
    Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships and secure favorable terms.
    Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best pricing, terms, and conditions. Ensure contracts include key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, delivery, and sustainability.
    Demand Forecasting and Inventory Management: Collaborate with project teams to forecast material needs and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.
    Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of placing and managing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services to meet project schedules.
    Procurement Process Optimization: Continuously improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize procurement cycle times.
    Cost Analysis and Budgeting: Analyze procurement costs and contribute to budgeting efforts for solar projects. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement expenses.
    Total Cost of Ownership (TCO): Evaluate the total cost of ownership of procured goods and services, considering factors like purchase price, maintenance costs, and lifecycle performance.
    Supplier Payment and Financial Management: Manage payment terms and schedules with suppliers, ensuring timely payments while optimizing cash flow.
