Profile- Accounts Manager
Qualification- B.Com/ M.Com
Salary- Upto 3 Lac
Location- Raipur, Raigarh, Tilda (C.G.)
Experience – Min. 4+ years (accounting experience in construction industry)
Responsibilities
1) Purchase Invoice Entry
2) Sale Invoice Entry
3) Bank receipt and payment entry (bill by bill)
4) Voucher preparation and verification
5) Having knowledge of GST
6) Having knowledge of TDS at applicable rates
7) Prepare delivery challan/ sales invoices
8) Trace the stock/inventory movement from one location to another location.
9) Handle cash books.
10) Verify the Invoices of the contractors/ suppliers.
11) Should attend the physical verification of stock/inventory on a monthly basis.
12) Personally communicate with supplier and customers regarding account statement,
confirmation of invoices and challans
13) Arrangement of transporter and negotiation on freight charges
14) Prepare Salary and Daily wages sheet.
