    Solar Plant
    Profile- Area Sales Manager-EPC-Sales
    Qualification- Graduate, MBA, B.Tech
    Salary- Upto 6 Lac CTC
    Location- Jaipur (Raj.)
    Experience – Should have minimum 5 years experience As an ASM in any Solar EPC Industry.
    Must have knowledge of Product (Solar Panel, Batteries, Invertors). Existing EPC Sales links
    will be an added advantage.
    Job Responsibilities –
    Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve
    company targets and objectives for EPC services. This involves market analysis, identifying
    potential clients and industries, and understanding customer needs.
    Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and
    potential clients. Understand their requirements, address their concerns, and provide appropriate
    solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients throughout the sales
    process.
    New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EPC
    market. Proactively prospect for new clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
    Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and quotations to
    potential clients. Collaborate with internal technical teams and subject matter experts to develop
    customized solutions that meet customer requirements. Ensure proposals are competitive and
    aligned with company objectives.
    Sales Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and secure
    sales. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
    Close sales deals and ensure smooth transition to the project execution team.
    Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and provide guidance, support, and
    coaching as needed. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, procurement,
    and construction teams, to ensure effective communication and seamless project delivery.
    Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics,
    and competitor activities. Analyze market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and
    potential threats. Make recommendations to senior management based on market insights.
    Sales Reporting and Performance Analysis: Track and report sales performance metrics, such as
    revenue, pipelines, conversion rates, and profitability. Analyze sales data to identify areas for
    improvement and implement corrective measures as necessary.
    Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation, review, and execution of contracts with clients.
    Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
    Collaborate with legal and finance teams to resolve contractual issues and mitigate risks.
    Customer Satisfaction and Account Management: Monitor customer satisfaction levels and
    address any concerns or issues promptly. Foster long-term relationships with key accounts,
    ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. Upsell and cross-sell additional EPC services
    where applicable.
