Experience – Min. 3+ yrs (AutoCAD with advanced 2D and 3D drawing)

Job Description

Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman, with a focus on structural drafting for buildings.

Familiarity with integrating MEP details into structural drawings.

● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Proven problem-solving skills and ability to contribute to the development of

effective solutions.

● Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

● Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a design team.

● Create precise layouts for precast panels, including walls, slabs, beams, columns,

and foundations.

● Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements.

● Generate detailed structural drawings for cast-in-place (CIP) elements, adhering

to industry standards and project specifications.

● Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate architectural and structural

components seamlessly.

● Incorporate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) details into both Precast

and CIP drawings following established guidelines.

● Collaborate with MEP specialists to ensure effective integration and

coordination.

● Provide timely and accurate progress reports to the Head of Design.

● Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential challenges to ensure a

smooth design process.

● Proactively identify and report potential issues in the drafting process.
