Profile- Centrifugal plant manager
Qualification- B.Tech – Metallurgy, Mech
Salary- Upto 15 Lac CTC
Location- Silvassa (Gujarat)
Experience – Minimum 12+ years in Steel Plant as a Centrifugal plant manager inn Investment casting Industry.
Roles and Responsibilities –
Oversee all operations of the centrifugal foundry plant, ensuring efficient and smooth production processes
Manage and lead a team of plant employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance, improve productivity, and reduce operational costs
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as quality standards
Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and customer requirements
Monitor and analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
Maintain and update plant equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
Manage inventory levels, including raw materials and finished goods, to meet production demands
Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management
