  • Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, safety, statutory, regulatory, and industry requirements.
  • Lead budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and overall business performance management.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a strong senior management and leadership team.
  • Evaluate market trends, commodity prices, industry developments, and competitive activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the organization in high-level meetings, industry forums, strategic negotiations, and business discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field will be preferred.
  • 20–26 years of overall professional experience, with significant experience in senior leadership positions.
  • Proven experience in metal recycling, scrap management, metals, manufacturing, steel, non-ferrous metals, or a closely related industry.
  • Prior experience in a CEO, Business Head, Managing Director, COO, or equivalent senior leadership role is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing large-scale business operations and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Experience in strategic business planning, P&L management, organizational development, and business expansion.
  • Strong understanding of Indian and international metal markets and industry dynamics will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to work from/relocate to Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bengaluru, as per business requirements.
