    Profile – Chief Commercial Officer
    Qualification – MBA- Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing from a premier
    institute (IIMs, XLRI, or equivalent)
    Salary – Upto 1 Cr CTC
    Experience – Minimum 16+ years of progressive leadership in commercial/sales roles within heavy industries (steel, mining, metals, or commodities), with at least 8 years in C-suite positions at mid-to-large firms (₹2000+ Crore turnover). Proven track record in Central/Eastern India operations, ideally with exposure to Chhatisgarh / Madhya Pradesh markets and backward-integrated conglomerates. Experience scaling B2B sales in TMT/steel or mining products, including dealer network management and tender wins
