    Qualification- B.Tech / M.Tech- Mechanical, EE, EEE

    Location- Chittorgarh (Rajasthan)

    Experience – 25+ years in Manufacturing Industry & Minimum 10+ yrs in Management Roles.

    We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO), preferably from engineering sector to oversee our company’s operations and procedures and to explore new markets for its engineering services.
    The CEO would be company’s chief-in-command after BOD and responsible for efficiency of business and its extensive and sustainable growth.

    Roles and responsibilities

    Leading the development of the company’s short- and long-term strategy creating, implementing and monitoring company’s business strategies, plans, policies and procedures.
    Writing and reporting to the Directors in all matters of importance.
    Developing policies that promote company culture and vision communicating vision and goals to the team and contributing in achieving mission.
    Participate and lead in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.), soliciting new clients in new and existing geographies assessing overall business risk and formulating risk monitoring systems and risk mitigation/minimization policies implement business excellence processes planning, budgeting and objectives set up, communication, directing and follow ups evaluating the work of other Managers and departmental heads in the company.
    Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry
    developments, etc.
    Carry cost reduction in different departments of the company.
    Setting strategic goals and making sure they are communicated effectively to the managers/HODs and
    monitored.
    Develop strong business relationship with existing clients and work towards receiving new business
    from the existing clients.
    Enhance the operational efficiency of the company by working towards optimum manpower utilization and asset optimization.
    Lead the operations of existing manufacturing facilities and work towards increasing the capacity utilization of manufacturing units.
    Leverage the experience and contacts in the industry to bring in new business opportunities
    Play a role in hiring the top talent for the company and improving the overall organization structure to have management in place.
    Implement highest EHS standards for the well-being of the employees.
    Perform such tasks which he/she deems necessary to steer company on the path of sustainable growth
    and success.
