    Profile – Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
    Qualification – Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; MBA from top Indian B-school (IIMs/XLRI) preferred.
    Salary – Upto 1 Cr CTC
    Experience – 15+ years in marketing leadership, with 8+ years in metals/steel/mining sectors; alumina/bauxite or foodgrade experience advantageous. Proven success in Indian B2B markets, digital transformation, and navigating steel industry dynamics. Familiarity with Indian CRM/ERP (Zoho, Tally), analytics tools, and export marketing.
    Location – Raipur (CG)
