Profile – Chief Operation Officer Mining
Qualification – B.Tech in Mining Engineering from IIT (ISM Dhanbad)/NIT Raipur; M.Tech or MBA (Operations) advantageous

Experience – Min. 15 + years, • Command daily bauxite extraction and haulage to feed company and alumina refineries with specgrade ore. Navigate DGMS compliance, forest clearances, and gram panchayat dynamics in active mining blocks. Optimize overburden management and ROM stockpiles for 100% internal off-take reliability. Build weather-resilient ops to sustain 95% monthly dispatch targets year-round
