📌 Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to manage and execute civil works for renewable energy projects such as solar plants and wind farms. The candidate will be responsible for site development, structural works, and ensuring project completion within timelines and quality standards.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute civil construction activities for solar/wind projects.
Handle site development, land leveling, and foundation work (RCC, piling, mounting structures).
Supervise construction of:
Inverter rooms
Control rooms
Cable trenches
Drainage systems
Ensure proper surveying, layout, and alignment as per drawings.
Coordinate with electrical and project teams for smooth execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Manage contractors, labor, and material at site.
Maintain project documentation, BOQ, and reports.
Conduct inspections and resolve on-site issues.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of civil works in solar/wind projects
Understanding of RCC, structural design, and foundation work
Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)
Strong project execution and site management skills
Good communication and coordination ability
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
