Profile – Design Engineer
Qualification – B.Tech / Diploma – mechanical
Salary – Upto 4.8 LAC
Experience – Min. 2+yrs (Prepare 2D & 3D drawings & the assembly of the machine on
solidworks/ & autocad)
Location – Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Working Hours:
9am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday. The professional shall have flexible working
hours.
Job Description-
Design engineers work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints. They brainstorm and create initial design concepts that align with these factors.
Once a concept is selected, design engineers work on creating detailed plans, drawings, and specifications. They use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to develop accurate and precise technical drawings that serve as blueprints for manufacturing or construction.
Design engineers are responsible for the entire product development lifecycle. They create prototypes, conduct testing, and refine designs based on feedback and performance analysis. This iterative process helps ensure that the final product meets quality standards and functional requirements.
Prepare Quality Assurance plant, Production plan, Estimation, Factory
acceptance tests, Test Certificates, Servicing and commissioning
reports, Inspection reports, Foundation Drawing, General Assembly
Drawing, Minutes of Meeting, Operation & Maintenance manual etc
• Ensure the machines are being made technically fit and the technical
parameters of the machines offered are being followed in
manufacturing
• Prepare Activity plan & production plan so that the machines are
being made on time & ensure material is ordered on time through
followup
• Site visits & client visits for Technically understanding the
requiremen
