Erection & Commissioning Engineer (Crusher)

Relevant Experience Required:

1. Experience with foreign project team in Crusher, conveyors and controls.
2. Experience in Crusher, Conveyor Pre-Planning, Planning, time, cost, and resources & supplier management.
3. Experience in Execution & Commissioning of Crusher, Conveyors & controls.
4. Develop the capability, ensure the best quality and on time delivery
5. Experience in handling of Documentation Tool for Crusher, conveyor components.
6. Experience in Preparing and updating Crusher, conveyor standards.
7. Knowledge in Crusher, Conveyor Electrical components.
8. Knowledge in Crusher, Conveyor Estimation for Mechanical and Electrical.
9. Coordination with Multiple departments related to conveyor.
10. Knowledge about Crusher, Conveyor OEM Standard.
11. Knowledge in Crusher, Conveyor safety Components and Systems
13. Erection and Commissioning Knowledge in Crusher, Conveyor Modules (Turntable, Elevators, EMS Conveyor, Transfer car, Drive unit & Take-up unit, Motor capacity etc…)
14. Knowledge in AGV handling systems and its components.
15. Added advantage Sustainability & Digitalization projects
16. Added advantage, basic experience in E-Plan, Crusher, Conveyor Control & Electrical topics.
17. Good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
18. Added advantage in German Language (A2).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Estimation of Crusher, Conveyor Module / System.
2. Crusher Module/system Planning, Preparation SOR / Scope of Work.
3. Detail analysis and validation of Crusher drawings from Mechanical and Electrical suppliers
4. Travelling to Project site for Installation & Commissioning support and site co-ordination.
5. Coordination with Global Suppliers and Germany team.
6. Study of Crusher, Conveyor Bill of Material list.
7. Creation & Comparing the Conveyor Material list with Daimler Standards.
8. Additional responsibility in implementing Sustainability & Digitalization projects across Paint Shop..
