EPC Projects Industry
Profile – Estimation & Costing Engineer
Qualification – B.Tech / Diploma- EE, EEE
Salary – Upto 5 Lac CTC + Other Facilities- Depends on Project Location
Experience- 3+ years of experience in MEP project estimation & costing, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Location – Bangalore
Interview- First Telephonic, Second F2F in Bangalore Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for MEP works.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs (QTOs) and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems.
Evaluate material, equipment, and subcontractor quotations to ensure technical and commercial compliance.
Develop cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for technical clarifications and cost optimization.
Prepare tender pricing, cost summaries, and project budget breakdowns.
Analyze value engineering opportunities to reduce cost without compromising quality.
Maintain cost databases, price lists, and historical cost records for future reference.
Support management during bid reviews, negotiations, and client presentations.
Monitor project cost performance and highlight deviations from approved budgets.
