Profile – Executive Assistant – Director Operations
Qualification – MBA / B.Tech / Master Degree
Salary – Upto 20 Lac CTC
Experience – Min. 7 + years Exposure to Manufacturing / Projects / EPC / Corporate Operations strongly
preferred, Tight follow-up across plants, projects, mining, and greenfield initiatives, Decision-ready information reaches the Director on time, No operational, capex, compliance, or approval item slips through the cracks.
Location – Raipur (CG)
Key Responsibilities
A. Operations Coordination (Critical)
* Maintain a master operations tracker covering:
o All manufacturing units (Steel, Alumina, Fruit Pulp, IQF), Mining operations, Greenfield and expansion projects,
* Track action points arising from interactions with:
o Plant Heads, Project teams, Corporate functions
* Follow up rigorously until closure
* Proactively escalate delays, risks, or dependency issues
B. Information Filtering & Decision Support
* Screen and prioritize:
o Emails, Calls, WhatsApp / informal communications
* Convert raw inputs into 1-page executive briefs covering:
o Problem statement, Available options, Clear recommendation
* Surface only:
o Urgent items, High-risk issues, Decisions requiring Director’s input
C. Meetings & Reviews
* Prepare structured agendas for:
o Monthly operations reviews, Project & greenfield reviews, Safety and compliance meetings
* Record MoMs focused on decisions and ownership, not narration
* Track commitments made by:
o Director – Operations, Plant Heads, Vendors / consultants
D. Greenfield & Capex Support
* Maintain structured logs for:
o Capex requests, Approval matrices, Vendor comparison sheets
* Organize and manage:
o Drawings, Consultant reports, EPC timelines
* Ensure:
o No approval bottleneck, No statutory or contractual deadline is missed
E. Compliance & Risk Visibility
* Maintain high-level trackers for:
o Safety incidents, Statutory submissions, Environmental and mining compliance dates
* Provide early alerts, not post-fact escalations
* Ensure the Director has advance visibility of emerging risks
F. Calendar, Travel & Focus Protection
* Plan plant visits logically using clustered geography
* Protect strategic thinking time
* Prepare pre-visit briefing notes for each site covering:
o Key issues, Pending actions, Decisions expected
