Profile – Head Electrical Maintenance
Qualification – B.Tech / Diploma- Electrical
Experience – Min. 12+yrs. as a electrical maintenance head / manager

Candidate Should have Exp. of Iron Foundry Plant Electrical Maintenance.
Knowledge of H.T. & L.T. Power System
trouble shooting & Programming of Problem and issue in Hardware & Software in PLC, VFD, etc.
Maintenance of A.C. Motor, DOL & Star – delta Starter, Soft Starter
PCC Panel, MCC Panel and PDB maintenance Work
Breakdown Maintenance in automotive Machines Iron Foundry Plant.
Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians for day-to-day maintenance activities.
Coordinate with production, mechanical maintenance, and safety departments.
Supervise maintenance of instrumentation systems such as temperature sensors, pressure gauges, flow meters, thermocouples, etc.
Ensure timely calibration of instruments and maintain calibration records.
Maintain furnace monitoring and control instruments for accuracy and safety.
Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards, statutory norms, and foundry regulations.
Plan and execute upgradation of electrical/instrumentation systems, energy-efficient solutions, and automation projects.
Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, checklists, and compliance documents.
Handle internal and external audits (ISO, energy audits, safety inspections).
