Responsibilities
Sourcing resumes through various sources.
Screening resumes, short listing, taking initial round of interview.
Coordinating and scheduling further round of interviews.
Hiring as per Turn around Time.
Salary negotiation and finalization
Issuing offer letter to the selected candidate
Confirmation of joining date and follow – up with the candidate till the date of joining.
Candidate document collection and verification
Joining formalities: – Filing, Welcome mail, Induction and Orientation process.
Issuing appointment letter to the new joinee.
Maintaining recruitment reports and MIS.
Understand deployment & manpower requisition
