Profile – HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive(Male)
Qualification -Graduate / MBA
Experience – 2+ years of experience as HR Executive / Recruiter or similar role.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Implement engagement activities, events, and welfare initiatives.
Address employee grievances and escalate when necessary.
Conduct induction and orientation programs.
Payroll & HR Operations
Assist in payroll processing and maintaining attendance records.
Maintain employee records (leaves, attendance, personal files, contracts).
Handle exit formalities, full & final settlements, and clearance procedures.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Draft and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Maintain HR audit documentation.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment status, etc.).
Present regular updates to management on HR metrics.
