1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical positions.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements.
Conduct interviews, manage onboarding processes, and ensure cultural alignment.
Build talent pipelines through job portals, consultants, campus hiring, and referrals.
2. HR Operations
Manage day-to-day HR operations like employee records, leaves, attendance, and documentation.
Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate induction programs and orientation sessions for new employees.
Handle employee grievances and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
3. Statutory Compliance
Ensure adherence to all labor laws and industrial regulations (Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Bonus Act, Gratuity, etc.).
Maintain statutory records and prepare reports for audits and inspections.
Liaise with government departments and labor authorities during audits or disputes.
4. Payroll Management
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculation, deductions, taxes, and reimbursements.
Ensure accuracy in attendance and leave data integration with payroll.
Handle Full & Final Settlements for resigned/terminated employees.
Collaborate with Finance for monthly payroll disbursement and audit.
5. Employee Engagement & Retention
Drive employee motivation and engagement activities (safety weeks, festivals, birthday celebrations, etc.).
Conduct employee feedback surveys and initiate action plans based on feedback.
Implement reward and recognition programs to boost morale.
6. Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and arrange internal/external training for staff and operators.
Maintain training records and assess training effectiveness.
7. Performance Management
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles (KRA setting, mid-year and annual reviews).
Guide managers and employees through goal-setting and evaluation processes.
8. Policy Formulation & Implementation
Develop and update HR policies in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
Communicate policies to employees and ensure compliance.
9. Health, Safety & Welfare
Ensure implementation of health and safety policies in collaboration with the EHS department.
Monitor welfare facilities such as canteen, transport, uniforms, and medicals.
10. Industrial Relations (IR) – if applicable
Coordinate with unions/workers’ committees if present.
Handle disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and IR issues effectively
