Job Description
Perform tests on construction materials such as concrete, asphalt, aggregates, soil, and steel to assess their properties and suitability for use in railway infrastructure projects.
Conduct quality control tests to ensure that materials meet specified standards, codes, and project requirements. This includes testing for strength, density, composition, gradation, and other relevant properties.
Collect samples of construction materials from project sites or suppliers according to established sampling protocols and procedures. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples to the laboratory for testing
Perform laboratory analyses and experiments on material samples using specialized equipment and instruments. Interpret test results accurately and report findings to project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
