Job Description
Supervising and managing a team of maintenance technicians and workers.
Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team’s efficiency and productivity.
Developing maintenance schedules and plans to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
Coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruptions to operations.Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and inspection of machinery, equipment and facilities.
Conducting regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
Ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed according to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
